1. How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
3. How can I track my order?
To track your order, email us at plythesh@gmail.com with your name, order number, and email address. We’ll reply within 24 hours with your order status.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees apply. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
5. How do I start a return?
Email us at plythesh@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
6. Are there any final sale items?
No. All items are eligible for return under our standard policy. We do not sell final sale products.
7. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us at plythesh@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we’ll resolve it immediately with a replacement or refund.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.
